About me

Thirty years of professional experience, the last thirteen dedicated entirely to coaching.

I began in corporate marketing for world-renowned brands such as Xerox, GBM/IBM, Avon, and L'Oréal — a ten-year period during which I completed my Master's degree in Marketing. Afterward, I ran my own event services company for seven years. Since August 2013, as a certified coach, I have been doing what I do today: guiding individuals and teams through the relationship between mind, body, and behavioral patterns.

I have trained more than 31,000 people in person, at over 80 companies, in 5 countries, and worked one-on-one with more than 550 coachees. I have written 11 books — including 2 bestsellers — on leadership, effective time management, workplace conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, among other topics, all available on Amazon. I have been invited to speak on television and radio about this work, and have written more than 75 articles for various magazines and newspapers.

My training combines ancestral tools — including a 200-hour yoga teacher certification — with modern science: I'm currently studying Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard, in addition to a Master's degree in Marketing, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a Elite coaching certification, and Business Mastery training with Tony Robbins.

Today I live in Canada, and from here I continue doing what I've done for over a decade: helping individuals and organizations — through my books, articles, trainings, conferences, and retreats — reach the greatest freedom.
